10 minute workout – my go to for a hit on a busy day:)

You’re a busy person and there are totally days when you can’t fit a workout in. I feel ya. Sometimes it’s on those busy days when you need to exercise the most to get some stress relief.

Recently I’ve been doing this 10 minute buster when I’m under the pump. I can do it anywhere and all I need is a watch. It’s not for the faint hearted but a great workout for those on the go and really handy when you’re travelling. Give it a go and let me know how you get on!


10 Push ups on the minute

Complete 10 push ups on the minute for 10 rounds. I find this a good challenge. I generally feel ok during the first half and then not so flash in the second! If you don’t get to 10 repetitions for the set don’t worry. If you can manage 7s go for it. Then build to 8s etc. If you have to go on your knees start there and again build onto your toes as you feel able. Set your own personal goal to eventually make it to 10 reps, 10 times and go for it.


10 Push ups on the minute for 10 minutes

Not hard enough for you? 

Complete 10 rounds of 10 pushups on the minute followed by 10 body weight squats. So total 100 pushups and 100 squats:)

Complete 10 bodyweight squats on minute after 10 pushups


Still not hard enough?

Wow you’re fit and a tad crazy – awesome! Complete 10 pushups, 10 bodyweight squats and 10 burps on the minute. If you complete this within the time contact me and I’ll send you a prize.
